Politics. Anyone?

Some say that politics is the art of confusing the rakyat.

When you tell the same lie very often, the rakyat will believe it is the truth.

When their monthly income is derived from politics, they become the servant of their political masters. You can take heart that they will protect their source of income at all cost. I mean at all cost.

They will bark any way. With or without power.

You are always judged by your opponents standards, and you will fail miserably.

They are always better than you. And they make sure that the rakyat are well informed.

They will accuse you of something and asked you to prove otherwise. And when they are accused, they cry slander or conspiracy.

They are good in coming up with a slogan. The best of all is 'FOR THE RAKYAT.' Please take note that they are 'THE RAKYAT'.

When you are active in politics, there is no guarantee that you are a good politician.

When it comes to passing the blame to others, no one can beat the politicians.

You don't have to be well educated to be a politician. As long as you can talk, maneuver with your lies and empty promises, good at deceiving the rakyat, then you are in it.

Sometimes demonstrators and havoc makers go unpunished in order to avoid more demonstrations and chaos.

Make sure you are an asset. The moment you become a liability, you will be sacrificed for another 'yes' man.

When a mouse steel the cheese, the trap is for the entire family. In politics, the whole nation is at stake.

Yesterday, they exposed their opponent's 'scandal' in the "interest of the nation.". And today they swept under the carpet a scandal in the "interest of their party or leader's survival."

When you assume the role of a victim, make sure you'll get a standing ovation for your performance.

For every good that you do, your enemy will highlight two of your wrong doings. If they can't find one, they will crop up something

If you propagates unity, you will be bashed and sidelined as your call for unity does not benefit your party politically.

No matter how meticulous you are, someone will be able to pinpoint your weakness.

You might be an excellent orator, and it might be it just stops at that.

When you stumbled, your opponents paid you a visit. Actually they wanted to gauge how serious their trap has derailed you.

When you hold a position, you will somehow be a 'yes' man to your political masters as you have your own political agenda to fulfil.

No matter how careful you are with the choice of words or actions, it will be twisted any way. And they excel in that. When twisters hit the ground, you know for certain that it won't be long. But in politics, there is no end in sight.

When you are active in politics, there is no guarantee that you are a good politician.

Politics are for energy suckers.
